1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with vbx8, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal age throughout your use of the platform. vbx8 strictly enforces this age requirement and operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

2.1 General Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use a vbx8 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one vbx8 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. vbx8 uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be merged, suspended, or permanently closed at vbx8's discretion, with all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your vbx8 account and when submitting any subsequent updates to your account details. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any payment method details associated with your account. vbx8 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the player, including delays in withdrawal processing.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vbx8 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. vbx8 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify vbx8 of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Closure

Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline before the account is formally closed. vbx8 also reserves the right to close any account at its discretion in response to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or failure to complete identity verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vbx8 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via payment methods that are approved and listed in the platform's cashier section at the time of your transaction. Approved payment methods for players in Bangladesh currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your vbx8 account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method selected.
• vbx8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• vbx8 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the platform's withdrawal routing rules.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 24 hours from the point of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals above ৳5,000 can be processed.
• vbx8 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where fraud is suspected or where verification documents have not been received.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Rules

1. Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility requirements of each individual promotion. vbx8 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
2. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
3. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
4. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
5. vbx8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
6. Bonuses may only be used for the game types or categories specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded game types will not count toward wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

vbx8 actively monitors player accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to artificially complete wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures, or any other behaviour that vbx8 determines to be in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is detected, vbx8 reserves the right to confiscate all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and recover any promotional funds that have already been withdrawn as part of an abusive pattern of behaviour.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using the vbx8 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and recovery of any funds withdrawn in connection with the prohibited activity.

• Registering more than one account on the vbx8 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Abusing the bonus system in any manner described in Section 5.2 of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes in bad faith after receiving services from vbx8.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's underlying software, servers, or infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other anonymisation tool to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vbx8 staff or support personnel via any communication channel.

7. Responsible Gaming

vbx8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity in a healthy and controlled manner. Gambling on vbx8 is intended to be a form of adult entertainment — it is not a reliable source of income and should never be used as a means of addressing financial difficulties or personal problems.

8. Limitation of Liability

vbx8 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability; however, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond vbx8's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. vbx8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses attributed to temporary downtime.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error or malfunction affecting a game outcome — including server disconnection, software bug, or display error — vbx8 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wager staked in that round to the player's balance. Winnings generated as a result of a clearly erroneous outcome (e.g., a game displaying an incorrect multiplier due to a software fault) are void and will not be paid. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction.
